Volunteer staff are available most weekends to assist in keeping the site running.

Reception is open the following times -

Friday – 1600hrs to 2000hrs
Saturday – 1000hrs to 1600hrs
Sunday – 1000hrs to 1600hrs

On departing the site we request that all groups leave their sites in a better condition than when they arrived and please check out with a member of staff.

The site is closed from 1700hrs Sunday evening until 1600hrs Friday, all weekend campers should have left the site by this time unless prior arrangements have been made with us.

The site is open from March 1st to October 31st each year

There are three toilet blocks onsite, one on each side of the site and one by the river in the centre of the site.

The Shower block is located behind the main toilet block by the Delph.

We ask that campers be responsible for the cleaning of the toilets nearest their site. Check with staff for cleaning equipment. If you use the showers then you are responsible for cleaning them after use.

There are three main car parks available for both campers and visitors. During large scale events the staff will operate a managed system to ensure traffic flow through the site, we ask that in these instances you bear with us to ensure we can get everyone in and out of the site.

The gate by reception will be locked between 2200hrs and 0730hrs each night. Late arrivals should use the main car park over night.

It is recommended that a vehicle is left in the main car park overnight in case of emergencies.
